Refunds Ruckers are asked to have a minimum of 10 pounds in their backpack/rucksack. We are also offering a Rucking option for each event. To field a team you need a team captain and a team name (family friendly name, please). You can register as a solo runner and switch to a team later. No additional cost to field a team of up to 6 runners. There is a solo runner option and a team option (10 hour only). Runners are able to set up chairs or tents (no larger than 10x10) close to the trail. This is a low-key event, but it is chip timed. (Teams aren’t available for the mini or half.)Ĭome out and race the course to see how many miles you can get or just enjoy time on your feet and getting some nice miles walking and running. Want to run but the whole event? Try out the Mini Windsor (2 hours) or Half Windsor (5 hours). This is your chance to get in some great summer heat training on a 3 mile trail with about 150 ft gain per loop. The Windsor Castle races are at Windsor Castle Park in Smithfield, VA. Once the Estate car park is full runners can use the public car parks in Glenarm village. Please car share where possible as parking is restricted on the estate and follow the marshals’ instructions. What are the parking facitities at this event?

You are however permitted to transfer your entry to a family member/friend by contacting us at (Transfer of entry to another event is not available). Refunds are not available once entry has been completed. If I can’t run can I get a refund or defer my race entry?īy entering the race you will be bound by the event disclaimer which you agreed to at time of registration. A Final Race Day Information email, which will include up to date social distances measures to ensure the safe running of the event, will be sent to all registered participants on Thursday 7th April 2022, please check your junk mail in case it lands there. Any Merchandise ordered at time of entry will be available for collection on Race Day at the Merchandise Desk on race day. All race packs will be posted out to participants on Friday 1st April 2022 and should reach you no later than April 7th. Not applicable at this event as all race entries will be posted prior to the event. They will also be announced at the start line before the race commences. We will have Race Safety Instructions available in print at Registration for anyone that wishes to read them.
